HOW TO REDEEM POINTS?
Step 1: At checkout, click on “Click Here” above your order to redeem your points.
Step 2: Click on “Redeem Now” to apply your points.
Step 3: The coupon code will be automatically applied to your order.
Step 1: Click on the red gift box button in the lower left corner to check your points balance.
Step 2: Click on “Redeem”, then select “My Rewards” to redeem your points.
Step 3: Repeat Step 1 and Step 2, then go to “Coupons”, click “Apply”, and the coupon will be automatically applied when you have items in your cart.

A: You’ll be automatically enrolled once you make your first purchase.
For existing customers, your eligible orders (from 01/01/2026 onward) will automatically earn points and be used to determine your current membership tier.
A: The program cycle is one calendar year. Your points and membership tier will be reset on January 1st every year.

A: “Yes, reward points are valid for 45 days from the date they’re redeemed. Make sure to use them before they’re gone!”
You can earn points in the following ways:
1. Sign-up reward: Create an account and get 100 points
2. Shop with us: Earn points on every purchase
The higher your tier, the faster you earn:
– Classic & Silver: $1 = 1 point
– Gold & Platinum: $1 = 2 points
– Diamond: $1 = 3 points
A: “No, membership discounts and rewards cannot be combined with other promotions.”
A: “No, points cannot be converted into cash. Instead, they will be converted into discount coupons for your next purchase.”
A: If you return, cancel, or request a refund for an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
A: Not at all. Your membership tier is based on year-round points earned – so you can enjoy your rewards without slowing your progress.
A: Your reward coupon cannot be applied if your cart contains any item that is on sale. Coupons are only valid when all items in your cart are at the regular price.
